A week in review with the ocean and margaritas!

Well it's been about a week since my last post. Time flew by way too fast for us.

Last weekend was so much fun in the Campuzano house. Saturday was a relaxing day spent at home and the park. We also got household chores done and watched cartoons.

Sunday, however, was a beautiful day and at the last minute we opted on taking a beautiful drive to the beach! It was sunny, about 65 degrees, and windy. Because of the wind I was freezing the entire time. My fault for not bringing warmer clothes. Brody had a great time attempting to build sandcastles, while hubby and I watched in content from our chairs. Hubby and Brody played some frisbee and I even found myself playing too. We had a great time. There were lots of people at the beach, which is always the case in Oregon when it's sunny out. It was a perfect day for kite flying. We all enjoyed watching the kites and picking out our favorites.

Then my work week began with a beautiful day on the golf course. I wasn't golfing but my friend and I got to hang out at hole #5 all day in support of the Salem Area Young Professionals Legacy Golf Scramble! Did I mention I am completely sun burned! We manned the Red Lion Hotel Salem booth and served delicious watermelon margaritas.

Until next time,
Kara
