This was dinner today.
Balsamic Vinaigrette Chicken over Greens
2 or 3 skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Dash of Pepper
Dash of Garlic Powder
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Apple - Diced
Your favorite salad dressing!
Preheat oven to 350
Marinade chicken in the balsamic vinaigrette dressing, pepper, and garlic powder in a large ziplock bag for one to two hours in the refrigerator.
Put chicken in oven safe dish and cover with tin foil. This seals all the juices in and makes the chicken moist.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
